Policy & transparency
Privacy Policy
A plain account of what this website collects, why it is used, and where it goes.
Effective July 22, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to infitics.com, its public pages, and information sent through the website contact form. Information we handle while delivering client work is governed by the relevant client agreement and project arrangements in addition to applicable law.
Information we collect
Information you choose to send
- Your name and work email address
- Your company name, if provided
- The type of help selected and the project context written in your message
- Your confirmation that you have read this policy
Technical and attribution information
- Network and request data processed by Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site
- Page, referrer, browser, device, country, and performance information measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics
- The first landing path, previous internal path, external referrer hostname (not its full URL), and allow-listed campaign labels—source, medium, campaign, content, and term—kept for the current browser-tab session
- The available journey and campaign labels included with a contact submission
The browser attribution code does not place your name, email, company, or message in browser storage.
How we use it
- Review an inquiry, decide whether Infitics is a suitable fit, and respond
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website and contact route
- Understand which pages and campaigns lead to relevant conversations
- Maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell personal information or use website inquiry data to build third-party advertising profiles.
Providers and disclosure
We use a small number of providers to run this website:
- Cloudflare: authoritative DNS, Pages hosting, content delivery, security, Web Analytics, the contact-form Worker, and email delivery infrastructure
- Google Workspace: receipt and handling of messages delivered to our business mailbox
These providers process information for the services they supply to us and under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
The website uses HTTPS and Cloudflare's edge network. The contact endpoint checks the request origin, rejects oversized or malformed requests, validates fields, uses a hidden honeypot and rate limiting, and sends accepted inquiries through a restricted email binding. The public website does not maintain a separate lead database.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, private keys, health data, payment-card data, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. Its first-party code uses session storage only to keep the first landing path, previous internal path, external referrer hostname, and allow-listed campaign labels for the current tab. It does not store a full external referrer URL. That information normally disappears when the tab session ends.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures real-user traffic and performance. Cloudflare states that its beacon does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB to collect usage metrics.
Retention and international processing
Contact messages remain in Google Workspace while a conversation or legitimate business need is active and for any longer period reasonably required for business records, security, disputes, or law. Technical logs and aggregate analytics follow the settings and retention practices of the relevant provider. Session attribution normally ends with the browser-tab session.
Cloudflare and Google may process information in countries other than your own. Such processing is governed by our provider arrangements and applicable data-protection requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be entitled to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some requests may be limited by legal or record-keeping obligations.
Make a privacy request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children and policy updates
This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us.
We may revise this policy as the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
