Client engagements require a separate agreement

Before client work begins, the parties should mutually accept a written agreement or statement of work. That document—not this public page—should define the applicable scope, responsibilities, fees, delivery approach, acceptance process, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, warranties, liability, support, termination, and dispute terms.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to a client engagement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
